This is a patch specifically made by the 66th RQS when TDY in Southeast Asia operating
HH-60G's from October 2017 to January 2018 for Operation INHERENT RESOLVE. The reason you can tell is the design of the giant, as this design is unique to the 66th RQS, easy to ID if you know what you are looking for. If you look at some other patches from the 66th at the same time, you will see the exact same Giant design.
A huge thanks to Steven from the 66th RQS for donating the patch & supplying the information.
The patch is fully embroidered, has a merrowed edge and is also backed with hook and loop.

The 33rd RQS had this made while deployed to Rukban, in North East Jordan, on the border with Syria. This was made during 2022. Another name for the base was Tower 22, I suspect because this is the 22nd tower in the area and this is also put on to the patch, long before the unofficial name came out. The patch also shows US Army Blackhawks, which are deployed to the joint operating base.

This looks like a Rama World manufactured patch with the the new OCP colours. This patch arrived in a pack with two others, both from the 101st RQS, so I assume its from an order placed by the 101st that used the patch for its deployment.
