This is the modern patch worn by HH-60 crews. Made in Taiwan c. 2004.
Fully embroidered with a selvedge edge & the Giant in Dexter.

This patch is a new Colour version made for the Californian Air National Guard. The patch was manufactured in Korea, and supplied by Flightline Insignia.
Fully embroidered with a merrowed edge, backed with hook & loop with the Giant in Dexter.

One I've seen in photos but is quite difficult to find & seen above being worn by crewman in 2010. Manufactured by Aviation Gear c.2009 & my version has stitch holes so was previously mounted on hook & loop.
Fully embroidered with a merrowed edge with the pigtail glued & the Giant in Dexter.

This patch dates to c.2009 and was made for a deployment of personnel to Afghanistan. Its seen here being worn by a crewman returning from a deployment.

Fully embroidered with a merrowed edge backed with hook & loop with the Giant in Dexter.

Manufactured by Aviation Gear during 2020, & available via Flightline Insignia. This is the first OCP coloured patches the Squadron had made.
Fully embroidered with a merrowed edge, backed with hook & loop with the giant in Dexter.

Made by an unknown company, so if you know who made it please let me know. Whoever it was made the same design for the 101st and 102nd RQS's. 
Unusually that the Giant has black boots.
