The 34th Weapons Squadron (WPS) is only Weapons Squadron's currently operating within the USAF using the Jolly Green Giant on their patches.

The only Weapons Squadron that use the Jolly Green Giant patch is the 34th WPS. This patch was made c.2015 & obtained from Flightline Insignia. Its mounted on leather & has the yellow & black chequered band colours that are used by aircraft of the 57th Wing. This can still be found at Flightline Insignia.
Fully embroidered with a merrowed edge, backed with hook & loop & the giant in Dexter.

This patch was made c.2009 & was obtained via the Squadron at Nellis AFB, Nevada. The 34th WPS is a fairly new Jolly Green unit, with it being the part of the Weapons School prior to being activated in February 2003. The patch is seen being worn by crewman loading ammunition prior to a live fire mission.
Partly embroidered on twill with a merrowed edge, backed with hook & loop with the giant in Dexter.
A Squadron HH-60G on the gun range for a GAU-18 ballistic test. Testing new equipment is one of the primary roles of the 34th & keeps the Pavehawk a modern effective CSAR helicopter.

This patch is made by Tiger Embroidery after some crew from the 33rd RQS were being reassigned to the 34th. Its quite easy to tell the manufacturer as it has a high quality finish which you expect from the Japanese manufacturer & was made c.2015.
The variation with this patch is that the TH on the 34TH is set lower.

This patch is a new variation of the squadron patch, this being made c.2019.

This patch was manufactured by Aviation Gear during late 2020, & was obtained from Flightline Insignia.

2017
This is a PVC patch for the Squadron based at Nellis AFB, Nevada. Made during 2017 when the Squadron was operating HC-130J Combat King II & HH-60G Pavehawks, & acquired from Flightline Insignia. Seen on a crewmans flightsuit in mid 2018.
Backed with hook & loop, with the giant in Dexter with the squadrons yellow & black chequered tail flash behind.

Combat King II HC-130J

January 2003
This was manufactured in 2018 & obtained from Flightline Insignia. This was made at the same time as WIC Class 17A was being run, which started in mid-2017 for the HC-130J to integrate within the USAF. This was made the same time as the 34G-3 patch. The Squadron was redesignated the 34th Weapons Squadron in Jan 2003 & was activated a month later flying the HH-60G from Nellis.
A PVC patch, backed with black hook & loop with the Giant in Dexter. PVC patches became popular with Squadrons within the USAF in 2015.
A HC-130P/N lands on a dry lake bed during an exercise in April 2017.
