This patch was made in 2022 from a patch/tailor shop located outside the gates at Osan AB, South Korea, and was seen worn by a crewman during an exercise in Nov 2022.

Lead Production Superintendent (Lead Pro) is responsible for the overall health of the fleet of aircraft they manage.

Lead Pro is in charge of the men and women who are in charge of the flightline and direct the flow of maintenance. 

  Largely the planning and execution of daily and long range preventative maintenance actions, while ensuring aircraft are available to meet local flying requirements and mobility commitments. 
In a perfect world, each shift in the Production shop will have a Production Superintendent (Pro Sup)  and a Flight Line Expediter who will guide the maintenance team to meet the goals of the Lead Pro.
